Releasing Trauma and PTSD – Why The Past Is Always Present and How You Can Change It – 15th November

£15.00£25.00

It’s Temple Alternatives time this coming Thursday evening 15th November at 7pm at The Hotel Victoria in Lowestoft, Britain’s most easterly point.

With Remembrance Sunday in our minds I am going to present on one of my areas of expertise: ‘Releasing Trauma and PTSD – Why The Past Is Always Present and How You Can Change It’. Tickets are £25, or £15 for The Tribal Elders, Unemployed and those on benefits – All proceeds to The Happiness Foundation. Trauma and PTSD changes the landscape of the brain and predisposes it to depression, anxiety and addiction.

BBC Radio 2’s Jeremy Vine follows me on Twitter because of my work in releasing PTSD with those who have been sexually abused. And ITV Anglia did a special news report on our Phoenix Rising Project and the work I did with a wonderful young woman whose stepfather was jailed for abusing her. Powerful life-changing work. I have worked with our military, doctors, police, firemen, paramedics, and footballers in the football abuse scandal. Let me show you how trauma gets locked in and how to unlock it.  Counselling CANNOT remove trauma or PTSD. Only 5 techniques will remove it.

Description

It’s Temple Alternatives time this coming Thursday evening 15th November at 7pm at The Hotel Victoria in Lowestoft, Britain’s most easterly point.

And bring your own favourite cup for the coffee and teas – we are saving the planet and going all eco-friendly at The Happiness Foundation, reducing our waste. All proceeds for our evening go to supporting the work of The Happiness Foundation, and we hope we have sufficient funds to relaunch Happiness Magazine online for the summer of 2019.
